Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website operated by Seed and Soil Studio.

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our store's main currency is in USD, please be sure to understand that there are conversions to different currencies and the charged amount will differ from the USD amount if you are located outside of US.

It is the same on every online store and all around the world, please be sure to have the correct currency selected before you commit to an order.

We will NOT refund any money for customers who do not read this and understand there are multiple currencies in the world.

Shipping and Processing time

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We guarantee that we will always provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you.

We offer Free trackable Shipping Worldwide on all orders over US$30.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office process the orders, which takes an additional 2 to 3 days. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

** If you place your order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

(Due to the high volume of orders during March/April, shipping time may take longer than usual. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to process your orders)

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

    *Note for  AU & US Shipments: For all shipments (subject to service availability) delivered to or picked up from remote and less-accessible locations (postcodes as listed below), please allow up to additional 15 business days for your package to arrive. This is due to the limited courier service available in such locations. The postcode that are affected can be found here.  

    ** Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
    Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!


    Please note:

    • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
    • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
    • Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
    • Due to COVID-19, Canada borders are slowly releasing imports which is why delivery takes longer. This is out of our control and should be considered upon purchasing.

    Order Confirmation

    After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

    Separate shipments

    When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

    Order Cancellation and Change Requests

    As we always try our best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, please insure all neccessary information regarding your order is correct before placing the order.

    In some cases, we may accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information, if the order hasn't been fulfilled by our fulfillment team. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at

    Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

    We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
